Wild & Free is an online pet store suppling all your pet needs. At your convience we deliver your orders wherever you need it, whether at a home, buiness adress or anywhere else. We try our best to keep our customers focused on enjoying their time with their pets without having to worry about the rest.

While enjoying your time with your awesome furry companion simply place an order , tell us where to deliver and recieve it within 2-3 days.

Deliveries to your door step usually take 2-3 working days after we have received the online payment, if you have used one of our online payment options. If your payment option is cash on delivery we will deliver within 2-3 working days after order has been placed.

You will also receive dispatch confirmation of your order via email, Whatsapp or telephonically within 2-3 working days after placing order. If you did not recieve this confirmation please contact us online via the options found on our contact page.

We love hearing from our customer, so alternatively you could give us a call and we can find out how far your orders are from being delivered.

We specialise in consumable pet products; foods, medications, health products, grooming and treats., etc. for dog and cats. If we do not supply your what you are looking for please let us know via our contact page and we will inform you if we are able to supply it or not.

We provide payment options to suit everyone. For online payments we accept most major credit/debit cards. Alternatively we also accept cash and provide card services on delivery.

Currently we only deliver to areas in and around Cape Town. As soon as our services become available to other areas we will inform you. For more information review our delivery and  return policies

In the case we deliver the incorrect products, the return shipping will be free of charge. In alternative cases where correct orders are returned, a  fee maybe charged to your account.

We sincerely ask, that you as the customer ensures that the products ordered are correct before checking out.

We as a company are not payed to promote any products over another. We research products and from this investigation determine whether they of a good enough standard to be supplied to our customers.

Some suppliers carry their own quality standards and guarentee. Should these products not be to your standard we can refund you accrdingly to the manufacturer policies and the best of ours.

In the email click on the link provided, you will be redirected to the Wild & Free website and you will be prompted to enter a new password.

Scheduled orders allows you, the customer, to automatically reorder selected products without manually ordering every month.

To schedule orders, simply select the green schedule order option on the product page.

Yes you may cancel your order anytime before the order is dispatched to you. Please contact us as soon as possible via phone line: 074 712 5119, email or our  contact page.

If the order is already dispatched you may incur an extra fee of up to 5% of purchase.

We offer free shipping on all our products on the Wild & Free online store. Currently we are only available in the metros of Cape Town.

At Wild & Free we deliver our customers order. In the dispatch confirmation via our communication channels we indicate the name of the courier.

If you are not available at the address stated, we will deliver your order to the alternative address. If no alternative address is provided by you, delivery will be attempted later or the following day.

In your profile we ask you for the best available time to deliver your order, however if this information is not available to us we will inform you of an approximate delivery time before we deliver your order.

Yes you may order for someone else. Simply change your address to the individual you would to send the order to.
